Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE
∎ B.Sc in IPE or Textile Engineering from any reputed Public University/Private University or
∎ Minimum Master in any discipline with practical experiences and good knowledge on planning.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, BGMEA University of Fashion Technology, Primeasia University, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning and coordination of the Collected/received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Production and other relevant departments of the company. He will have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
∎ Prepare regularly CMP, DPR and Reconciliation reports.
∎ The ideal candidate has to make production plan with efficiently implementation.
∎ Overall order status monitoring and conducting regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Close relationship with operational/production teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment targets to avoid any unwanted situation.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules with coordination relevant department.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation with consulting Operational Head.
∎ Attending capacity loading plan/ meetings, identifying, verifying and clarifying all planning and loading related problems and subsequently informing the relevant departments and taking measures to apply the best solutions.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances when if required.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per Buyer's requirement.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM calculation and finalize the product cost along with IE and Operation.
∎ To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05-6 years practical experiences in RMG ( Specially Knit Manufacturing )
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Washing) , Floor/ Line Management .
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on 5s, TQM, and Lean Management.
∎ Good understanding on IE activities and workers skill and efficiency method.
∎ Positive mind to take IE responsibility if required.
∎ Candidates having minimum 04 years in same position in any Kint factory.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill and knowledge.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members without conflict.
∎ Good writing and spoken communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Production Planning system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within given time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Honesty and open mind
∎ Truthfulness
∎ Good team player with Leadership Quality.
