Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are searching for intrigued possibility for the referenced position who has activity, drive and self-inspiration to take test to convey great outcomes with coordination promoting, marketing, IE, quality and creation group for accomplishing shipments targets.
∎ Have to achieve production target daily basis maintaining the manpower ratio. And have to take corrective & preventive action if target is not achieving discussing with the reporting person.
∎ Prepare regularly hour production report, CMP,DPR and reconciliation reports along with other IE & production related reports.
∎ Responsible for making effective monthly production plan and coordination of the collected/received orders in consultation & coordination with marketing and merchandising ,production and other relevant departments of the company.
∎ Have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
∎ Giving cutting plan & store trims issue plan based on the line loading plan.
∎ Overall order status monitoring and conduction regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Close relationship with operational /production teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment targets to avoid any unwanted situation.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not,if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation consulting with operational head.
∎ Attending capacity loading plan/meetings, identifying, verifying and clarifying all planning and loading related problems and subsequently informing the relevant departments and taking measures to apply the best solutions.
∎ Execute PP meeting for all new styles as per Buyer's requirement & give requirement of equipment to the relevant department. Estimate machine requirement s working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM and finalize the product cost.
∎ Plan shipment & share with merchandising & commercial dept.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
