• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.

• Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to managers and staff.

• Design and implement performance management systems and employee development plans.

• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.

• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.

• Prepare and manage HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
