- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to managers and staff.
Design and implement performance management systems and employee development plans.
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Prepare and manage HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
