Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and a customer-friendly attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products by highlighting features, benefits, and offers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays in the showroom.
Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
Accurately process sales transactions through cash, POS, or mobile payment systems.
