Job Context:
∎ Quantic Dynamics is looking for energetic and proactive individuals to be a part of our development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and team player who is adept at frontend development.
∎ We are a Dhaka based cloud technology company (for both Cloud Infrastructure and Software) serving clients across Bangladesh. We follow a non-hierarchial structure with a strong focus on execution and delivery. Being part of an exponentially growing company, you will get exposure to all aspects of our business and generate impact proportionally to your ability. Remote, onsite and hybrid work environment is available.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing responsive & high-quality UI and reusable code with a particular focus on performance.
∎ Translating requirements and mockups into fully functioning features using React JS (Web) and React Native (Android & iOS).
∎ Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high quality standards
∎ Collaborate timely with designers, product managers and own the front-end layer.
∎ Optimizing applications to handle high scale.
∎ You will keep yourself updated with the latest web technologies coming up in the market and suggest ways to implement it in our system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Overall 3+ years of extensive experience in Javascript
∎ Excellent knowledge of React JS
∎ Excellent knowledge of Design patterns and front-end technologies - HTML5 and CSS/CSS3 (LESS/Sass is a plus)
∎ Experience in working with JSON and REST API
∎ Experience with React Native will be a huge plus
∎ State management libraries like Redux
∎ Component design libraries like Ant Design
∎ Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is plus but not required.
∎ Experience with entire software development life cycle of a commercial product will be a plus
∎ Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Quick learner
∎ Candidate must be able to effectively communicate.
