Job Context:
∎ Quantic Dynamics is looking for energetic and proactive individuals to be a part of our development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and team player who is adept at both frontend and backend development.
∎ We are a Dhaka based cloud technology company (for both Cloud Infrastructure and Software) serving clients across Bangladesh. We follow a non-hierarchial structure with a strong focus on execution and delivery. Remote, onsite and hybrid work environment is available.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Back-end Development in node.js, express.js Main JD
∎ Front end development Using React.js, Next.js
∎ Experience in Redux & Redux toolkit
∎ Experienced in MongoDB realm technology implementation.
∎ Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code
∎ Communicating with clients for understanding, analyzing, and implementing business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components
∎ Lead the team in planning, execution, implementation, deployment and maintaining the code
∎ Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
∎ Developing Frontend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, client-side logic, and platform, highly responsive web applications
∎ Testing and debugging applications with debugging tools
∎ Upgrading our existing applications
∎ Enhancing the functionalities of our existing applications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Overall 5+ years of Full-Stack JavaScript Experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of MERN - Mongo, Express, React JS & Node
∎ Experience with React Native will be a huge plus
∎ Excellent knowledge of Design patterns and front-end technologies - HTML5 and CSS/CSS3 (LESS/Sass is a plus, but not required)
∎ Experience in working with JSON and REST API (a good understanding of how to build and consume REST APIs is required)
∎ State management libraries like Redux
∎ Component design libraries like Ant Design
∎ Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is plus but not required.
∎ Experience with entire software development life cycle of a commercial product will be a plus
∎ Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Quick learner
∎ Candidate must be able to effectively communicate.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
