Job Context:
∎ Quantic Dynamics is looking for energetic and proactive individuals to be a part of our development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and team player who is adept at React Native.
∎ We are a Dhaka based cloud technology company (for both Cloud Infrastructure and Software) serving clients across Bangladesh. We follow a non-hierarchial structure with a strong focus on execution and delivery. Being part of an exponentially growing company, you will get exposure to all aspects of our business and generate impact proportionally to your ability. Remote, onsite and hybrid work environment is available.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing responsive & high-quality Mobile UI (iOS and Android) and reusable code with a particular focus on performance using React Native.
∎ Translating requirements and mockups into fully functioning features using React Native.
∎ Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high quality standards
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
∎ Collaborate timely with designers, product managers and own the front-end layer.
∎ Optimizing the mobile applications to handle high scale.
∎ You will keep yourself updated with the latest web and mobile technologies coming up in the market and suggest ways to implement it in our system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Overall 3+ years of extensive experience in Javascript
∎ Strong proficiency with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
∎ Knowledge of popular libraries used along with a React Native app: React Navigation, React Native Reanimated
∎ Experienced in expo Framework
∎ Familiar with general and widely used React libs like Redux (with Thunk or Saga), React hooks and function components, Immer, Axios, Formik, React Spring and Storybook
∎ Familiar with REST APIs and/or GraphQL to connect a mobile application to the back-end service
∎ Understanding native iOS and Android integrations that need be made with React Native in order to solve certain use cases
∎ Ability to integrate with third party services from providers like Google, Facebook or Apple
∎ Experience with Firebase cloud messaging APIs and push notifications
∎ Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
∎ Experience with other mobile or web libraries and frameworks like React, Ionic, Angular.io or Vue.js is a plus
∎ Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
∎ Understand complex concepts in solving problems
∎ Suggest workflow process improvements and sustain self-organised agile teams
∎ Maintaining active communication with the customer in order to understand the requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is plus but not required.
∎ Experience with entire software development life cycle of a commercial product will be a plus
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
