Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced and creative Senior Fashion Designers to join our team at Fabrilife. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in fashion design and a passion for developing trendy, wearable, and market-relevant collections.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, fabrics, and new techniques.
Plan and develop collections based on seasonal themes.
Manage the entire design process from concept to final styling.
Ensure all designs align with the brand`s strategy and target market.
Stay updated with evolving trends in fashion, color, and textiles.
Create technical design specifications and supervise sample garment creation.
Utilize in-house fabrics to develop design ideas.
Strategize and plan collections around seasonal and festive themes.
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Production teams to align product lines.
Visit trade shows and vendors to source materials and trims.
Supervise fitting sessions and make necessary garment adjustments.
