1. Purchase Items:
Cement Bulk & Bag (OPC, PCC, PLC) for Concrete Ready-mix & Block Products.
Purchase of chemical and admixture.
All type of Pigment, Hardener etc.
Diesel for Concrete Readymix Plant.
All types of Mechanical & Auta mobiles equipment for Batching Plant, Hydraulic pump, TM, Pick Up spare parts, tyres, lubricants, batteries, MS items, conveyor belts, concrete delivery pipes, cables (IT & CCTV), hardware items, welding rods, and kerosene wood etc. -RMCI (Gabtoli).
New Batching Plant, TM, Hydraulic Pump, Pick Up, Drum Truck, Open truck etc., as per requirement.
2.Reporting Work:
Monthly Purchase Report, Raw Materials Purchase Report, CS, Saving Report.
3. Additional Tasks:
Monthly Budget and Payment sheet preparation.
Preparing and issuance of WO.
Bill preparation.
Accounts Reconciliation
In case of engaging crawler crane for unloading, monitor billing and unloading (as per deed of agreement).
Monitoring Stone chips carrying work through local logistics.
Negotiations work about L/C stone chips with different foreign & Local Vendor.
AIT Challan Detribution.
Market visit for goods sourcing and price checking.
