Experience:
Masters of Business Administration/MBA from any recognized university.
Candidates having professional degree like PGDHRM/PGDPM will be an added advantage.
Candidates having practical experience in Payroll Management will be given preference.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in the similar field.
Proficient in relevant computer applications specially in payroll software.
Good command over verbal and written communication skills.
Listening skills.
Problem analysis and problem solving.
Teamwork and able to manage workload.

Responsibilities:
Assist the recruitment process, including Job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collecting manpower requisition forms from the requisitioning department for initiating of any recruitment process.
Arranging ID Card, Visiting card and other necessary documents and appliances for new joiners on time.
Processing confirmation formalities/Release/Clearance formalities of the exit employees.
Maintaining & updating all personnel files of head office with regional offices.
Updating HRIS system with electronic attendance data, sending reminder to concerned staff andmanaging if any mismatch is found.
Updating leave & attendance records on daily basis and submitting monthly report.
Preparing monthly overtime & holiday allowance sheet by 1st week of each month.
Preparing monthly salary sheet after adjusting TDS & Provident Fund deduction.
Updating Provident Fund Ledger in collaboration with Finance & Accounts department.
Ensuring legal compliance, policies and procedure, termination, dismissal, compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
