  • Candidates having professional degree like PGDHRM/PGDPM will be an added advantage.

  • Candidates having practical experience in Payroll Management will be given preference.

  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in the similar field.

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications specially in payroll software.

  • Good command over verbal and written communication skills.

  • Listening skills.

  • Problem analysis and problem solving.

  • Teamwork and able to manage workload.



Responsibilities & Context:

Race Online Limited, one of the fastest growing ISP in the country to provide seamless, secured Data & Internet connectivity to various grades of customers using fiber & wireless solutions. We have developed around 350+ POPs, highly equipped with telco-grade infrastructures and power management facilities within Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Barishal & Sylhet division to ensure uninterrupted services up-to the customer premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the recruitment process, including Job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Collecting manpower requisition forms from the requisitioning department for initiating of any recruitment process.

  • Arranging ID Card, Visiting card and other necessary documents and appliances for new joiners on time.

  • Processing confirmation formalities/Release/Clearance formalities of the exit employees.

  • Maintaining & updating all personnel files of head office with regional offices.

  • Updating HRIS system with electronic attendance data, sending reminder to concerned staff andmanaging if any mismatch is found.

  • Updating leave & attendance records on daily basis and submitting monthly report.

  • Preparing monthly overtime & holiday allowance sheet by 1st week of each month.

  • Preparing monthly salary sheet after adjusting TDS & Provident Fund deduction.

  • Updating Provident Fund Ledger in collaboration with Finance & Accounts department.

  • Ensuring legal compliance, policies and procedure, termination, dismissal, compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
