Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for FTTH products including OLT, ONU, Fiber Cable, SFP, Fusion Splicer, OTDR, and related accessories

• Develop product positioning, pricing support, and competitive analysis

• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, customer visits, seminars, roadshows, and digital channels

• Support sales team with product presentations, proposals, and customer meetings

• Manage distributor and reseller marketing programs

• Conduct market research on technology trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

• Organize product launches, promotions, and technical workshops

• Coordinate product demos and trials with customers

• Collect market feedback and submit regular reports to management

• Maintain brand visibility in telecom and ISP market
