Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with a strong track record in sales, preferably in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG, telecom, insurance, or mobile financial services.

  • Proven experience in sales coaching, including organizing and delivering training on products, customer service, sales techniques, and field coaching for frontline staff and volunteers.

  • Skilled in supportive supervision—able to coach and guide teams in a collaborative, non-authoritative manner.

  • Results-driven and analytical; regularly monitors sales data to evaluate performance and uses insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

  • Familiar with marketing, demand generation, and community mobilization strategies, particularly in low-income or underserved communities.

  • Willing and able to travel extensively across assigned territories, including rural areas.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Field Operations Support

  • Assist partner field teams in executing vision camps, selling reading glasses, and managing referrals.

  • Ensure adherence to VisionSpring’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resolve operational issues promptly.


2. Monitoring and Supervision

  • Conduct regular field visits using VisionSpring’s tools to assess the quality of screening and protocol compliance.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve partner performance.

  • Support audits, assessments, and spot checks.


3. Training and Capacity Building

  • Deliver training and refresher sessions for CHWs and partner staff on screening, dispensing, customer service, and referrals.

  • Offer on-the-job coaching during field visits.


4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Collect and report accurate data on screenings, sales, and referrals.

  • Submit timely field reports that include valuable insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain records of training, inventory, and field activities.


5. Demand Generation Support & Stakeholder Support

  • Oversee community outreach efforts, including the development and distribution of materials and door-to-door mobilization.

  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of demand generation activities.

  • Maintain regular communication with partners and field teams.

  • Represent VisionSpring in local meetings to support program visibility and alignment.
