• VisionSpring, a US-based social enterprise, is seeking a Procurement Executive to ensure on time delivery of requirements through purchasing. This role will be responsible for assisting in sourcing goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with our values. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and highly organized. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical procurement practices.

• WHAT’S REQUIRED
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions (internships or volunteer experience count). Freshers are also encouraged to apply, especially those who are self-driven, have good potential, and are highly motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in social impact, sustainability, or development sector is highly desirable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services required by various departments.
• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor database and procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers.
• Support contract negotiation and renewal processes under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate market trends.
• Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing and sustainability principles in all procurement activities.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation for audits or donor compliance.
