Responsibilities & Context:
Expert in sourcing and developing new buyers, collecting orders, and maintaining effective communication and follow-up from order placement to shipment.
Must have an existing customer base, especially Buying Houses and Garment Factories, and be capable of bringing urgent orders for:
Woven Labels
Printed Labels
All kinds of Paper Items
Other garment-related accessories
Sound knowledge of product costing and pricing procedures is essential.
Must be able to handle product development stages independently.
Maintain regular liaison with buyers regarding:
Order booking
Order processing
Order follow-up
Delivery and shipment planning
Ensure timely follow-up and be committed to buyer/customer deadlines.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up on payments from customers as per agreed terms.
Provide periodic reports and updates to the management on sales, orders, and buyer communication.
