Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain recruitment and selection procedure.
∎ To establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
∎ To attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using newspapers and online job sites.
∎ To determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants,analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
∎ To determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
∎ To prepare job descriptions and letters of appointment.
∎ To handle new employee orientation program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
