Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting and RnD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have depth knowledge in different knit fabrics and background in performing Knitting/ R&D department.
∎ To work closely with Team to develop new Innovation, Fashion trend and any special requirement from customer.
∎ To analyze customer requirements for particular fabric development and ensure that fabric quality is achievable in own Textile and can be maintained through development to bulk delivery.
∎ To study and verify the Client-suitable fabrics and manage & supervise fabric development process.
∎ Capable of fabric swatch analysis, specially capable to select yarn & knitting M/C & GG selection.
∎ Knitting mc Planning as per fabric specification and ensure the T&A.
∎ Proper clarification of problem & find out the sources of problem & discuss to immediate solution.
∎ To manage & maintain relationship with Client fabric team ensuring that fabric development is met the procedures as per requirement.
∎ To provide fabric technical support to the other concern departments like Product Development, Merchandising team, etc.
∎ Should have experienced of special yarn & fabric development process, need follow up of Yarn Dyeing, All Over Print & Development Fancy Yarn follow up in housed timely.
∎ To keep good relationship with interdepartmental personnel (i.e. Yarn Store, Dyeing & Finishing).
∎ Having good knowledge about Knit Fabric Finishing, Dia & Shrinkage.
∎ To make record keeping for all Knitting R&D related issue (with Swatch) accordingly Job wise & Season wise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Management and problem-solving skills in addition to have excellent sense of responsibility.
∎ Excellent in communication skill in both English and Bengali
∎ Good computer knowledge in Computing skills and MS Office.
∎ Good Team Player.
∎ Self Motivated & enable to work under pressure.
∎ Hardworking & able to work under pressure
