∎ Skills Required: Client Communication, Communication, Customer Support, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Proactive and Positive attitude, Self motivated, Telecommunication
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, NOC, Technical Support Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address network issues affecting customers.
∎ Ensure timely resolution and effective communication with customers regarding network-related concerns.
∎ Continuously monitor the health and performance of the backbone and upstream network infrastructure.
∎ Proactively identify and address network anomalies and degradation to ensure uninterrupted service.
∎ Generate regular reports summarizing network performance, uptime, and key performance indicators.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to management for network improvement and expansion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in IP Routing (BGP, OSPF), Switching (VLAN, TRUNKING, STP, RSTP), MPLS, QoS, IPv4 and IPv6.
∎ Hands on experience with IIG / ISP service management and troubleshooting.
∎ Network Professional Certification CCNA, MTCNA, JNCIA.
