∎ Skytel Communications Ltd., in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a leading International Internet Gateway (IIG) operator. We specialize in routing international internet-based data traffic, providing superior quality and affordable global internet and data connectivity to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Mobile Network Operators (MNO) operators, and Call Centers across Bangladesh.
∎ We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager, Service Delivery. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation and delivery of our services. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the continued success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required business knowledge on ISP/ root level ISP, and reseller.
∎ Preparing, planning, and managing the regional campaign of the selected region to maximize Skytel Communication brand promotion.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan, Set sales goals, and developing sales strategies
∎ Acquiring and maintaining relationships with new customers/clients/stakeholders.
∎ Frequently visit the market & achieve the monthly sales target accordingly.
∎ Planning and managing Responsible marketing events and evaluating their success.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities of assigned region & report to head office accordingly
∎ Implementing internal & external marketing programs & generate sales leads as per target.
∎ Supporting the line manager in day-to-day sales & marketing activities accordingly.
∎ Develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
∎ Support finance team to collect bills from clients (Monthly Basis)
∎ Support operation team for site survey/client communication/Site access related issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge of MS Office
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
