Telecom & Internet Infrastructure Knowledge
Understanding of IIG/Resseler operations, bandwidth provisioning, peering, and global internet exchange processes
Marketing & Business Development
Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Customer Relationship Management
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate solid business knowledge of IIG/ISP/root level ISP and reseller.
- Manage regional campaigns to maximize Skytel. Communications' brand promotion.
- Develop effective sales plans within allocated budget, targets, and deadlines.
- Establish daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans, set sales goals, and devise sales strategies.
- Acquire and maintain relationships with new customers/clients/stakeholders.
- Conduct frequent market visits to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Organize and manage marketing events responsibly, evaluating their success.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing activities in assigned regions and report findings to the head office.
- Execute internal and external marketing programs, generating sales leads as per targets.
- Assist line manager in day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
- Develop and deliver campaigns within agreed timescales.
- Collaborate with the finance team to collect bills from clients every month.
- Support the operations team in site surveys and client communication and resolve site access-related issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
