Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Information Systems
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain proper co-ordination with SSGMIS/Vendors, related to any infrastructure, H/W & Network issues.
∎ To configure all related software including OS to the uses PCS (Laptop/Desktop) including Factory, Corporate office and MSD.
∎ To trouble shouting of PC’s (Desktop / Laptop) of factory user related to Hardware / software / Mail /OS/ Antivirus/ patches/Network etc.
∎ To configure and setup MS Office 365/Mail/Teams/Oracle BS/Reports/OBI/weighbridge etc. as per situation require troubleshooting on same.
∎ Troubleshooting all LAN & WiFi related difficulties of different department and locations with any sort of emergency supports, on premises
∎ To providing support for Oracle related system support with different servers/CLONE as per organizational convention
∎ Maintaining Logbook for (user Basis) H/W, S/W & Network Issues witch solutions.
∎ Malty tusking ability with multiple entities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Networking.
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux systems, server, virtualization and scripting.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
∎ Have strong knowledge on different OS and other tools and technology.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate IT Support, Hardware & Networking, MySQL, Network Security and Oracle Database
