∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile, Diploma in Engineering in Textile
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the most accurate bulk recipe to be provided to the Dyeing Team by double checking with the Color Lab Team.
∎ Responsible for zero recipe delays in dye production. Fully Responsible for daily Dyeing production output & hitting the daily targets with least rejection.
∎ Ensure the most accurate dyeing profiles are being fed in the dyeing MC PLC.
∎ Smooth dyeing machine run to be assured in all the technical aspects.
∎ Responsible for managing machine operators in Shifts with zero negative impact in production.
∎ Responsible for generating of the daily production reports at the end of the shifts.
∎ Ensure the most accurate Dye/Chemical & Auxiliaries manual weighing according to the provided bulk recipes with zero delay.
∎ Ensure the most accurate functioning of Lawer dispensing system with zero delay. Accurate & effective plan board scheduling in dyeing and creating/Dyeing Profiles/creating dispensing programs and on line trouble shooting with the manufacturers.
∎ To check all dyeing parameters
∎ To Make sure proper shade match till finished process
∎ He should follow with final QC for any problem in fabric
∎ He will be answerable to maintain KPI
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ He should know Sclavos/ Thies dyeing machine
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
