∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the IE process in a knit garments factory;
∎ Reviewing the production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target;
∎ Prepare SMV & update SMV database based on method improvement;
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation;
∎ Set up process & target to monitor output;
∎ Follow up work load of cutting are equally balanced & human utilized;
∎ Communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found;
∎ Maintain 5S in cutting section;
∎ Implement & maintain SOP
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process;
∎ Drive kaizan culture;
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
