  • Age At most 35 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, as a HR/ Admin Executive preferably in FMCG (for Sales Field force)

  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in recruitment of Sales field force(Sales Representatives)

  • Frequently Visit Different Zonal offices all over Bangladesh for sales field force (sales representative) recruitment process

  • Can perform on the spot recruitment of sales field force at different zone

  • Good analytical ability

  • Knowledge of legal matters & Labor Laws

  • Good command over English



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top sales talent, manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are quickly integrated and productive

  • Support the full recruitment process of Sales Representatives including candidate screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding all over Bangladesh.

  • Source potential candidates for Sales representatives through all potential sources for all over Bangladesh

  • Ensure the onboarding experience by coordinating with internal stakeholders for selected candidates.

  • Regularly update and maintain talent pipelines.

  • Assist the manager in preparing manpower budgets and conducting talent mapping.

  • Maintain a recruitment tracker to secure the hiring process.

  • Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of employer branding initiatives.

  • Identify training needs for the sales team, develop and implement programs to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content and visuals for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal communications.

  • Help plan, design, and execute internal employee engagement activities, including cultural events, festivals, and recognition programs, in line with the event calendar.

  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and vendor support for various events.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through innovative engagement programs.

  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of employee on boarding practices including employee Induction Program for new joiners.

  • Ensure timely communication and circulation of organizational announcements.

  • Ensure the sales team is aware of and adheres to all relevant HR policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for any tasks assigned by the management
