Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with HR personnel to document and articulate HRMS software needs.
∎ Translate HR requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT Business Analyst team.
∎ Provide insights for intuitive HR software UI design to ensure user-friendly functionality.
∎ Facilitate the incorporation of data analytics for enhanced HR decision-making.
∎ Assist in testing to ensure the HRMS meets HR functional requirements.
∎ Create detailed documentation throughout the development process.
∎ Generate regular and comprehensive reports for Management using Analytical and Data Visualization tools with maintaining HR report database.
∎ Initiate improvements for processes and support employee well-being through HR initiatives.
∎ Undertake additional tasks or assignments delegated by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in HRMS, UI design, Data Analytics & Data Visualization and HR Analytics.
∎ Experience translating HR needs to technical specifications.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
