Responsibilities & Context:
  • Insert required all personal data to HRMS of a newly joined employees of Epyllion Group;
  • Prepare salary wages, OT, Bonus, Incentive, TDS, A/L encashment payment sheet for each month;
  • Assist to prepare HR analytics, dashboard, data management and management report;
  • Work on Expatriate payment and travel bill as per requirement;
  • Work on reward management and conducting pay & compensation survey by annually.
