∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process
∎ Conduct TNA, prepare training calendar and organize training & development programs
∎ Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance with legal and regulatory framework
∎ Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process
∎ Manage database for attendance related matters
∎ Design, review, update organization's organogram

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have strong presentation & communication skill.
∎ Strong MS Excel competency.
∎ Relevant computer applications knowledge and familiar with HRIS applications.
