∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Must have proven working experience in handling the Compliance, Social Compliance functions of any reputed Garments Company.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues·
∎ Well known about labor law ILO.
∎ Expert in Bangla typing and format preparation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
∎ Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection & documentations.
∎ Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.
∎ Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, Higg, RCS, GRS, FSC etc. for different kinds of buyers.
∎ Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the superior.
