Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor manpower requirements as per the approved manpower plan and subsequent requirement, selection & placement.
∎ Ensure workers collection for recruitment and maintaining recruitment procedure.
∎ Participate in all types of routine employee disciplinary matters & labor relation matters.
∎ Ensure frequently floor monitoring & maintain a worker's discipline.
∎ Prepare disciplinary action-related papers.
∎ Conduct & develop new employee & workers Orientation Program.
∎ Maintain personal file & new worker appointment letter issues.
∎ Maintain leave record, register and leave application put up in the personal file.
∎ Ensure and monitor all worker appointment letter, ID card & uniform Issue & uses.
∎ Arrangement of the workers' service book.
∎ Assist with full spectrum of HR operations and administrative functions.
∎ Check all kinds of bills as per company policies.
∎ To ensure weekly housekeeping and general cleanliness of toilets, dining and floors.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022
∎ Advanced level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
∎ Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strategic thinker and Problem solving and decision-making ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have positive attitude to work in night shift.
