Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor,s/ Masters, BBA / MBA from any reputed educational organization with good academic background.
∎ Diploma in Capital Market will add extra advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply and execute client order by following all trading rules, regulations of BSEC,DSE, CSE, CDBL and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with client & provide high quality service in a professional manner.
∎ New client acquisition from open market and retain the existing clients.
∎ Generating and achieving trade targets.
∎ Authorized Representative of DSE.
∎ Analyze market trend to extent better service to the clients.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have experience in brokerage House/ Merchant bank.
∎ Dedicated to build long term career in capital market with challenge and passion.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about listed scripts in DSE and CSE.
∎ Capacity to understand the fundamentals of market and basic parameters of stock value.
∎ Must have knowledge on rules and regulations of SEC and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Attitude towards the compliance of both external and internal regulations.
