• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Office as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Hands-on Skill: Perform in-depth investigations using EDR, XDR, SIEM, PAM, DLP and Firewalls.

• Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from SIEM, EDR, XDR, Firewall, WAF, and Web Security Gateway; detect, investigate, and respond to incidents and threats daily. Prepare daily/weekly SOC reports

• Incident Handling: Manage security incidents including IoCs, malware, phishing, and intrusion attempts; perform root cause analysis, post-incident reporting, escalate critical incidents, and follow up regularly.

• Network & System Security: Strong understanding of network, system, application, API, and email security; perform security and risk assessments across infrastructure.

• Vulnerability Management: Conduct VAPT and maintain mitigation trackers to ensure timely remediation.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, and other regulatory requirements; maintain security policies, procedures, and risk registers.

•  Audit Support: Assist during internal, external, and regulatory audits with required documentation and evidence.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank
