• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Network Device Configuration & Monitoring: Configure, manage, and monitor routers, switches, and VPN devices.

• Network Performance Management: Oversee LAN, branch links, ATM, and other organizational network connectivity and bandwidth.

• Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall rules and security policies.

• Partner Network Management: Establish, monitor, and troubleshoot partner and external network connections.

• Network Monitoring & Reporting: Configure and maintain network monitoring systems and reports.

• Call Center & Remote Connectivity: Monitor call center connectivity and manage remote access for staff.

• Device Health & Lifecycle Management: Perform health checks, vulnerability assessments, and lifecycle reviews for network devices.

• Security Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze security reports and take appropriate actions to mitigate threats.

• Data Center & Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop, maintain, and upgrade data center and disaster recovery network designs.

• Server-Network Integration: Plan and implement server-to-network connectivity for high availability and redundancy.

• Configuration Backup & Recovery: Take regular backups of network devices and firewall configurations.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with ISPs and vendors for troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.

• Network Upgrade Planning: Plan and implement network infrastructure upgrades for future organizational needs.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank
