Skills Required: Injection Molding Machine,Packing operations,PET Blowing Machine Operation

Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Senior Executive/ Executive (Container Production Plant) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:-
Study production orders to determine product type, quantity, container specifications, and packaging requirements
Set up moulds and adjust Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machine settings for proper outputs
Supervise machines running and perform test runs to ensure proper functioning
Supervise Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machines during production
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during operation
Record production data for Jars, Caps, and Washers
Maintain updated stock information for finished products and raw materials
Work closely with the QC department to inspect and confirm product quality before proceeding to packaging
Ensure that only approved items move to the packaging stage
Supervise workers involved in production & packaging processes to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications
Perform final inspections of products before packaging and return or address any rejected products
