Additional Requirements:
Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
Hands-on experience in dealer finance, retail finance, or product development will be preferred.
Strong understanding of financial terms, conditions, and processes.
Knowledge of bank financing and financial institution products.
Ability to design and implement financial products for dealer and retail customers.
Excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve competitive interest rates.
Soft-spoken yet confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Bangla and English communication (spoken and written).
Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Maintain positive relationships with existing banks and financial institutions.
Identify and onboard new banks and financial institutions to create financial products for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.
Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.
Communicate and collaborate with NGOs to introduce new financial products for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.
Introduce and promote new EMI and loan schemes to make Yamaha motorcycles more accessible to retail customers.
Develop partnerships with new banks to provide loan facilities to Yamaha dealers.
