Job Responsibilities:
∎ To source/ develop channel partners for commercial vehicles which will include working with sales team to develop the sales process, company's position and customer base within the defined retail & corporate area.
∎ To build/ develop the relationships with the new or existing customers, ensure the profitability of the company, enhance the customers' loyalty and satisfactions as well as maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
∎ To identify the business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ To establish the strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, services and other issues.
∎ To contact the retail & corporate customers/clients via emails and phone calls to make the right offerings regarding our products & services.
∎ To visit the clients or arrange meetings to discuss about products and services & brief them how it will meet the requirements of customers.
∎ To deliver sales speeches and presentations to the clients & suitably highlight the benefits of the products or services to influence them for purchasing.
∎ To collaborate with the Operations & Service Department to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ To conduct product or service demonstration, mela, road show, market trends analyses, potential lead generations as well as creating sales opportunities.
∎ To perform any other assignments given by the supervisor as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Knowledge about the relevant industry/ products (Commercial Vehicles).
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong Communication & Negotiation skills.
