Skills Required: Accord or RSC Audit,Compliance,ISO 9001:2000,ISO 9001:2015,Knowledgeable about Bangladesh Labor Law

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Only Male
  • The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Compliance Management with large Aparel Industry.

  • Fair knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.

  • Knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP & C-TPAT, Oeko-tex audit.

  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regular follow up social compliance, health and safety issues in the factory

  • Keep the factory ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance audit & Technical Audit)

  • Ensure all type of compliance in the factory as per buyer requirement

  • Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyer requirements and provide necessary documents to full fill the audit requirements and prepare corrective action plan against the non-conformities.

  • Conduct awareness program among the employees and workers on health & safety issues.

  • Maintain, follow up & track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance;

  • Ensure having personal safety/protective equipment’s for workers, where required.

  • Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
