∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle quality, shipment, and compliance-related challenges.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, freight forwarders, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth export operations.
∎ Ability to manage multiple shipments, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire export process, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Work closely with clients to manage timely and accurate shipments while maintaining strong professional relationships.
∎ Ensure smooth transportation and delivery of exported goods by coordinating with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
∎ Prepare and review essential export documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners.
∎ Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns related to quality or delivery, and take corrective action when necessary.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely shipments.
∎ Support the development and execution of export marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
∎ Utilize ERP software to manage export processes such as Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, Export LCs, Documentation, and Reporting.
∎ Generate regular reports on export activities, including shipment status, costs, and compliance matters. Analyze export data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
∎ Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook for internal and external communication.
∎ Conduct visits to buyer offices for document collection and submission. Manage bank-related export documentation efficiently.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with government and trade regulatory bodies, including BTMA, BIDA, the Ministry of Commerce, Environmental authorities, BERC, Kolkarkhana, Customs & VAT, and CCI&E.
∎ Prepare and submit daily export statements to top management for review and decision-making.
