Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line. We distribute Italy`s popular ENI Oil products in Bangladesh. We are looking for individuals with experience in the lubricants industry.
∎ Product: ENI Lubricants (Automobile segment)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify business development opportunities and perform feasibility studies.
∎ Assist in preparation of business inception plans/marketing plans.
∎ Prepare and implement promotion plans as per budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing marketing strategies and programs.
∎ Visit Govt./Non-Govt organizations, Dealer points at district levels, industrial areas, and factories to develop contacts/relationships and generate sales leads.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other stakeholders. Reshape requirements, features, and offerings.
∎ Maintain communication with the principal on product development, service, and warranty support.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospected customers.
∎ Work closely with sales, digital marketing, and support departments on day-to-day operational tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Minimum 02 Years' experience in lubricants marketing & sales.
∎ High social and interpersonal skill.
∎ Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Strong marketing and relevant industry knowledge.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country.
