• Receive market return products from distributors and warehouses, count them and inform the sales force.

• Monitor assigned workers, check and count returned products and segregate them by type and reason for defect/ damage.

• Ensure data entry for manufacturing fault returns, prepare monthly fault analysis reports and submit them to Accounts department and relevant head office departments.

• Input returned products into the software, prepare adjustment reports and submit to RTM Department (HO).

• Provide reports to QC Department and Central Audit team regarding warehouse returns identified as manufacturing faults or damage.

• Submit final settlement reports to Internal Audit & Compliance Department during distributor closure.

• Send hard and soft copies of damage and fault reports to the RTM department for verification.

• Receive accident damaged products, coordinate QC check, repack and submit reports to Distribution & Logistics.

• Provide market return receiving statement reports to distributors and field force via SMS & email.
