Sound in ERP Software and SAP Computer proficiency over MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sourcing, developing, executing & evaluating of potential suppliers.
Supervise/ monitor and coordinate the activities of the vendor/Sub-Con. to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Contact to vendor for repairing & servicing (Office assets & electronic equipment).
Provide technical guidance and support to Vendor/Sub-Con. & engineers, assisting there problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Develop and implement engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure quality and compliance with SCM regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production/Engineering and Design, to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with overall business operations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure timely completion and ensuring proper delivery of products.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of Vendor/Sub-Con, providing feedback, coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth and development.
Manage engineering budgets, including resource allocation, and cost control, to optimize project outcomes within financial constraints.
