  • Strong knowledge of effective inventory management practices at project sites.

  • Proven ability to manage maintenance schedules, vendor coordination, annual service contracts, and building service agreements.

  • Proficient in budgeting and cost control related to facility operations.

  • Skilled in multitasking and coordinating activities across departments and multiple locations.

  • Willingness and ability to visit project sites frequently.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise daily operations of all facility-related services.

  • Coordinate with building managers to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed effectively.

  • Ensure facilities comply with safety, legal, and environmental standards.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and service-level agreements.

  • Monitor and verify building expense records including electricity, water, consumables, repairs, etc.

  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and support services to maintain operational standards.

  • Review and authorize maintenance budgets and cost control plans.

  • Supervise procurement of maintenance-related inventory and tools.

  • Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff align with Human Resource Department

  • Manage attendance tracking and reporting systems for building support teams.

  • Coordinate with HR for attendance, recruitment needs, and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for facility audits, licenses, and inspections.

  • Prepare monthly reports on facility performance, cost, staff efficiency, and improvement plans.
