Responsibilities & Context:
Role Purpose:
Own day-to-day execution control of respective projects and ensure schedule, quality, and cost targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare micro-schedules, weekly plans, and resource deployment for each project.
- Coordinate with PEs, contractors, SCM, and Inventory for uninterrupted workflow.
- Monitor QC, safety, material usage, and work methods daily.
- Validate PE measurements and forward bills to billing team.
- Track monthly cost vs progress and report variances.
- Maintain contractor discipline, documentation, and escalation control.
- Report project-level risks and recovery plans to the Zonal Head.
