• Posting all SRVs for all projects in both ERP and Tally.

• Posting SMIS (Store Material Issue Slip) transactions in Tally for project sites.

• Monitoring the activities of Project Accountants (PA).

• Monitoring closing stock and surplus/idle stock of related projects and submitting reports to the line manager.

• Visiting project sites as per the HOD’s schedule to monitor cleanliness, check documentation, conduct physical stock counts, and ensure proper material storage.

• Monitoring scrap sales activities.

• Checking inter-project MTO transfers and verifying MTOs in ERP systems.

• Preparing accurate reports and presentations on cost savings and wastage reduction.

• Preparing monthly project-wise data reports & Inventory valuation report.

• Reconciling inventory and purchase records.

• Preparing and submitting monthly ERP MRR and Tally RN reports.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by management
