Responsibilities & Context:
Lead all outdoor and indoor branding initiatives including project branding, billboards, signage (LED, NEON, lightbox, moving signs), and overall project beautification.
Coordinate events, fairs, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Oversee the design and production of brochures, prospectuses, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
Manage gift items and promotional merchandise from concept to delivery.
Maintain effective communication with creative, printing, and media agencies.
Manage vendor relationships, ensure quality output, and oversee fair work distribution.
Handle press ad bookings across newspapers and media platforms.
Oversee store management of marketing materials and ensure a systematic distribution process.
Ensure strong cross-departmental coordination for timely execution of marketing activities.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to strengthen market presence.
Assist in preparing the annual marketing budget.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required by management.
