Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Diploma in Glass & Ceramic Technology

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Execute daily casting and finishing production as per approved production planning.

• Control casting thickness, draining time, and mold performance to achieve required product quality.

• Analyze casting and finishing defects (crack, lamination, air bubble, warpage, joint mark) and perform root cause analysis.

• Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and improve yield.

• Supervise greenware finishing operations to ensure smooth surface and proper joint finishing.

• Monitor raw material consumption, recycling, and wastage control.

• Maintain daily production, rejection, and development reports accurately.

• Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and critical control points (CCP).

• Coordinate with Mold, Quality Control, and Kiln departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time target achievement.
