Responsibilities & Context:
- RFP/RFQ/Tender preparation for Govt./PPP/Private Turnkey project.
- Techno-Commercial Proposal & Design preparation for Electrical MV & LV Substation equipment, MV LV Switchgear Panel, Generator &Grid Synchronization System, LPS & other Electro-Mechanical Works.
- Cost Estimation for Electrical Substation Systems.
- Govt. and Private Tender Documentation Preparation and Submission.
- Providing pre-sales technical solutions according to client's requirements through technical meetings and site visits.
- Preparation of private tender documentation by collecting proposal from diverse suppliers & vendors.
- Lead negotiations with clients, vendors & other stakeholders to achieve favorable commercial and legal terms.
- Ensure effective communication with SCM team and production team to facilitate a seamless flow of operations.
- Throughout every stage of the sales process, provide support and assistance to the sales team.
- Maintain proper documentation of every work.
