• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Must have the proper idea regarding Tender Documents, BOQ & Budget Costing. 
• Must be able to do the estimate and make requisition of materials as per design. 
• Follow up with all subcontractors' work according to the design and specifications. 
• Follow up finishing work as per design/brochure. 
• Checking contractor’s bill. 
• Check & confirm safety & security during site work. 
• Maintain & control sequential site work regularly. 
• Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work. 
• Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery, etc. 
• Provide materials requisition and maintain received materials as per requirement, check stock & material quality properly as per project estimation. 
• Properly maintain workbook, material receive book, visitor attendance book & keep all vendors’ actual work measurements. 
• Provide daily progress reports as per plan and direction of higher authority.   
• Maintain high-quality work within the scheduled timeline. 
• Capable of preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. 
• Implement measures to control wastage at construction sites. 
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the top management. 
• Coordinate among Civil, Electrical & Mechanical work at the site. 
• Should have strong knowledge regarding both the structural & finishing stages of a project. 
• Coordinate with the design department for effective implementation of the project. 
• Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards. 
• Provide cost-effective solutions and recommendations to optimize project spending. 
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and supplier communications. 
• Should have the ability to source suppliers for local materials, fixtures, and equipment required for site work. 
• Should have strong knowledge on proper documentation, credit recovery, and closeout process of the project.
