Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the manufacturing element of the organization ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service and profitability for the organization.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands that the organization's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities - including relationships and risk management
∎ Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
∎ Contribute to training and development of the team
∎ Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans
∎ Preparing & developing production plan in coordination with Sales & Marketing Department to achieve targets.
∎ Lead in the production & quality assurance process from preparation & handling of raw material and process of checking quality of the product after production as per standards set by Company.
∎ Planning and coordinating of material purchases to maintain adequate supply of material inventory to minimize downtime in the production process.
∎ Oversee production engineering process and operational strategies such as measures to minimize manufacturing cost on daily basis maintaining standard quality
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation & Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities;
∎ Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
∎ Schedule and assign work. Ensure workers and equipment's achieve the maximum level of efficiency and productivity within timeline. Also, encourage efficient utilization of time, equipment, and work force.
∎ Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance development coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are meet.
∎ Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 20 years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably currently having same role (GM) in a manufacturing company OR with at least 10 years of increasing management responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
