• Formulate and facilitate development of innovative skin care, makeup, hair color, toiletries products, line extensions and product improvements.

• Identify new/improved formulation technologies and implement them to meet project needs.

• Monitor product stability for formulas.

• Enhance existing product formulations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Extensive knowledge in surfactant Cosmeceuticals and Dermatology Formulation chemistry and preservative systems.

• The applicants should have experience Cosmetics & Toiletries Product Manufacturing.

• Scale up new product from lab scale to production scale and process development.

• Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.

• Testing of new Raw Materials & packaging materials.

• Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and rollout.

• Performs other duties as and when assigned by management -Special Projects. Quality checking of raw materials & ingredients properly.

• Research & Analysis of products with international & national markets. Experience in Pharma/drug line cosmetic products will be preferred.
