Responsibilities & Context:

Workplace/Location: Dhaka, Showroom.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current furniture trends and store offerings.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.

  • Drive revenue through showroom sales, corporate, or professional project leads and meet/ exceed.

  • Build and maintain relationships with individual clients, commercial partners, and factory.

  • Monitor furniture trends, materials, and competitor activities to suggest new product offerings.

  • Assist with inventory management and product displays.

  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers

  • Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.

  • Enter and update customer information in the database

  • Process orders, track deliveries, resolve customer service claims, and manage inventory levels.

  • Any other task assigned by Management.
