Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the planning and development of SBCC campaign incorporating gender and social inclusion strategies.
∎ Ensure coordination with various internal (especially, the communications teams at SDP and UPGP) and external stakeholders.
∎ Organise and coordinate SBCC events (especially, community events) and ensure the successful implementation of SBCC campaign to raise awareness.
∎ Organise community events and activities to raise awareness and support for SBCC initiatives.
∎ Capture high-quality photographs and videos of SBCC events to document activities and achievements.
∎ Edit and produce engaging visual content for use in reports, presentations, and social media platforms.
∎ Maintain an organised archive of all photographic and video materials for easy access and future reference.
∎ Identify and implement best practices and emerging trends in SBCC to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
∎ Foster strong relationships with community leaders and influencers to promote SBCC campaign and encourage community participation.
∎ Collect primary and secondary data relating to SBCC campaign and activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ BRAC is implementing a skills development and livelihoods project called "Improving Skills and Economic Opportunities in Cox's Bazar (ISEC)" with the support of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and in partnership with the ILO. The aim of the project is the economic empowerment of the host community in Cox’s Bazar district through gender-sensitive, market-relevant skills development. The ISEC project focuses on bolstering the economic empowerment and participation of various groups—especially women, people with disabilities, adolescents, and youths—within the host community of Cox's Bazar. A key objective of the project is to improve the employability and economic resilience of almost 24,000 individuals from the host community in Cox's Bazar.
